Constant Torque Spring CTS-004 is a multi-layer constant torque spring where additional strip layers are wound on the storage drum to extend the rotational stroke and increase energy storage. This design is used where a long angular travel is needed — such as in extendable lighting arms, large cable management systems, and retractable awnings. Made from SUS301 stainless steel or high-carbon steel with customisable torque, drum diameters, and strip dimensions.
