Power Spring PS-001 is an open-band type power spring wound from a flat steel strip around a central arbor, starting from a naturally relaxed state. The strip is wound freely without a housing, making it ideal for applications that require a simple, compact spring assembly with consistent torque delivery over a short stroke range. Power springs are made of rectangular section material wound flat, with retaining holes or bends on both ends. This model is used in devices that require fewer spring turns to operate — delivering a gentle, progressive torque curve for smooth and reliable motion.
