A long-stroke constant-force carbon brush spring designed for continuous-duty motors, pumps, and electric vehicles where the brush must maintain contact over an extended travel range. Sustains constant force throughout the full working extension without force drop-off. Suitable for high-duty-cycle applications including EV drive systems, submersible pumps, and large industrial motors requiring extended brush life. Constant force maintained throughout full brush wear cycle for maximum service life.
