Product Overview
Power Spring PS-002 is an open-band type power spring with a slightly wider coil configuration compared to PS-001, providing an increased total energy storage capacity while maintaining the same gentle, progressive torque release curve. The steel strip is wound around a central arbor starting from a naturally relaxed state. The design allows simple installation and is well-suited for mechanisms requiring moderate stroke lengths with consistent return force, such as seat-belt pre-tensioners, toy motors, and cable retractor assemblies.
